Developer FromSoftware has announced that it will add a two-player mode to its multiplayer action RPG, Elden Ring Nightreign, and is working on additional content for it.
The lack of a two-player mode, with only a single-player mode and a three-player mode, has been a source of criticism for the game, especially since coordinating between two players is easier than coordinating between three people. No timeframe has been set for the release of the new mode or the first additional content.
