Silent Hill F will be unlike anything we’ve seen from the series.

During the Konami Press Start event, the Silent Hill f development team revealed new details about the game, with writer Ryukishi07 confirming that the theme introduces something previously untouched in the series, but that he finds it perfectly fitting. Set in 1960s Japan, the developers wanted to create a setting that feels familiar yet carries a strange and unsettling feel. The combat system also reflects this balance between familiarity and novelty, with NeoBards Entertainment striving to make it enjoyable without being overly complex.

Additionally, the team showcased some artwork of the terrifying creatures that will appear in the game, designed by artist Kara. The game will be released on September 25 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, with pre-orders available now. Konami also announced a remake of Silent Hill 1 in collaboration with Bloober Team.
