The survival shooter STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl still needs more updates and improvements to address the issues it had at launch, and the development team GSC Game World has announced that major update 1.5 will be released next week.
Improvements include reworked sniper and machine gun ammunition, as well as addressing issues specific to widescreen play. The amount of damage Mutants can absorb will also be rebalanced, a frequent player complaint. The team will also release the ZoneKit mod toolkit, which the team will continue to improve and expand based on player and modder feedback.
