With the original Nintendo Switch, Nintendo’s games have achieved massive sales, surpassing the one million mark for a large number of titles, including Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which has surpassed 6.3 million copies sold in stores alone, not including digital sales.
Mario Kart World officially surpassed one million copies sold in stores in Japan this week, making it the first Switch 2 game to reach this milestone. There’s no doubt the game will reach many more by the end of the console’s lifespan, and it’s just the beginning of many million-selling games on the console.
