Mortal Kombat 1 has sold over 4 million copies since its release.

The fighting game Mortal Kombat 1, which was released in September of last year, managed to sell more than 4 million copies, according to Warner Bros.’ financial report.

The development team behind the game, NetherRealm Studios, recently announced its upcoming story expansion as well as a roadmap to support the game with additional content and new characters that will continue until next year.
