The CMA rejects Microsoft’s new structure for the Activision Blizzard deal and postpones its decision to October

Microsoft sends its final offer to the CMA regarding the acquisition of Activision Blizzard

The British Trade and Competition Authority (CMA) continues its intransigence regarding the completion of the acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft by rejecting the new structure proposed by Microsoft to sell the rights to publish Activision Blizzard games to Ubisoft cloud company in the country.

Now the commission will not issue its final decision until next October, which is the last date for completing a deal now, and Microsoft must, during this period, convince the commission of its new structure, or perhaps go to the courts as a last resort.
