In a new interview with Sarah Bond, Vice President of the Xbox Department, the Xbox Game Pass service was talked about and the impact of acquisitions on the value of the service, such as the acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Bond stated that the value of the service is not linked to acquisitions.
The value of the service lies in the depth of its library and the diversity of what it offers, from huge games to independent developer games and hidden gems, and Microsoft is of course committed to bringing first-party games to the service since day one.
