Developer Kinetic Games has released the biggest update yet for its multiplayer horror game Phasmophobia, titled “Chronicle,” available now for free on Steam, PS5, PS VR2, and Xbox Series X|S. The update introduces a comprehensive redesign of the evidence collection system, introducing two new media types: video and audio recordings, along with new equipment such as the voice recorder.
The number of photos that can be taken in a single investigation has also been reduced from 10 to 5. The update also adds new challenges and optional objectives, giving players a more realistic and diverse ghost hunting experience.
