It took just two weeks for the Nintendo Switch 2 to surpass the combined sales of the Xbox Series X|S and PS5 Digital Edition, more than four years after its release in Japan.
Switch 2 sales in Japan reached 1.1 million units two weeks after its release, while PlayStation 5 digital version sales since its release four years ago reached 975,000 units, and Xbox sales reached 679,000 units. Total PlayStation 5 sales in Japan have reached 6.8 million units since its release, which is the next target for the Switch 2.
